What if I have an old iPhone or a different brand that doesn’t fit any of your cases?
Don’t panic. If you do not have an iPhone, you can still purchase our cord and connector patches to adapt to other phone models - like Samsung and Google Pixel. These patches are compatible with our full range of chains and chords, mix and match to create your perfect combination.
Do all the phone chains and cords fit with the Essential Phone Case?
Yes. Our phone chains and cords adapt with easy clasps to all our phone case models, as well as our connector patches. Once you have the phone case, you can mix and match any of our cords or chains.
I love my current phone case but want to add a chain, do I have to buy a new case?
No, you don’t need to buy a new case. Our phone connector patches and cords are compatible with most full coverage phone case models.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee any amendments to your order, but we will be happy to help however we can.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Within Australia, we use Australia Post and offer Express Shipping. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 Business Days within metropolitan areas (longer if outside of the Metropolitan area).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Our international shipping cost is $35AUD per order.
Where is my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped - this email will include postal tracking information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your junk mail first, then contact us (at hi@holdthephone.store) if you did not receive it. The tracking number is required when tracking your order, it can be found in the shipping confirmation email.
Where is my order being sent from?
Our current warehouse is in Brisbane, Queensland where all orders are dispatched.
Is my payment information safe?
Your transaction and payment information are handled directly by our payment provider with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be viewed by anyone other than your bank. HOLD THE PHONE AU cannot view this information.
How do I use my discount code?
At checkout there is a designated area to place your discount code. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code. Discount codes cannot be combined. You can only use one code per order. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be totally in love with your new Hold The Phone purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept pieces for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, shipping will be at your expense. Refunds
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email as to whether your refund is approved. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
How do I know what model Of iPhone I Have?
Go to Settings.
You will see your Apple ID, iCloud+ profile pic and name - Tap here.
Scroll down and you will see – This iPhone is ….. which will be your iPhone.
