Shipping and returns

AU domestic shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Within Australia, we ship with Australia Post and offer Express Shipping. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 Business Days (longer if outside of the Metropolitan area). Orders are shipped Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during sales and promotions. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard delivery is $10 and express delivery is $12.70.

International shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery time is estimated at 7—14 days for all international deliveries, shipping from Australia. Shipping is $35 per order - express delivery.

Returns

We will happily accept change of mind returns for a refund or credit note within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense.

If there are any faults with your product, please get in contact with us as soon as you receive your order so that we can get a new product to you as soon as possible. If, in the very rare case, this occurs, get in contact with us at hi@holdthephone.store.
